- Significant Business Travel experience at management level.
- Track record of proven operational effectiveness in significant sized operational centres
- Effective organizational and time management skills and strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Experience in client management roles with proven account management experience related to operational objectives.
- Excellent written and numerical ability with demonstrable leadership and motivational skills.
- Highly effective oral and written communication skills, including public speaking and client presentations
Business Travel Operations Manager Skills required
-GMTC Supervisory or Management certification
- Knowledge of word processing, spread sheets, presentation and email software, Microsoft Office applications preferred.
- Knowledge of contract management.
- Knowledge of call centre management and staffing techniques.
- Ability to travel on a regular basis including weekends when needed
- Capability of thinking innovatively, strategically and conceptually
- Ability to work independently, developing strategies, action plans and implementation of plans
- Ability to manage change and demonstrate personal adaptability and flexibility.
