Manager - Sales Incentive Plans
Working within the Compensation and Benefits team - this role offers a great opportunity to work for a leading Travel Solutions company.
Responsibilities of Manager - Sales Incentive Plans
Responsible for the implementation of SIPs and other incentives across the company
Evaluate current incentive plans in place and lead projects associated with analysis
Manage all exceptions or deviations from the current plan
The calculation of all SIPs for all employees
Coordinate all payments for all individuals
Skills and experience required for Manager - Sales Incentive Plans
Excellent financial analysis experience
Knowledge of the travel industry and GDS systems
Strong Microsoft office skills
Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Able to work independent without supervision
The role is based in Berkshire and offers a competitive salary of circa £45K plus bonus and benefits
