Revenue and Yield are responsible for analysing seat and holiday sales and ensuring that there are as few available seats as possible when a departure date is reached. They work in close conjunction with Pricing to ensure optimisation of seat and holiday sales in relation to consumer demand.
The Yield Manager is responsible for managing and maximising the yield of the accommodation or flights programme as applicable where guarantees and commitments have been made. Closely monitoring sales and controlling availability and the monitoring of competitor pricing is essential to this role.
