We will use your information and the subsequent information we collect about you, to create a detailed record on our existing candidate database. This record and the information it contains will be used by Chisholm and Moore for the purpose of assessing your suitability, qualifications, and skills not only for current work assignments but also for work assignments which we think may be of interest to you in the future.
Although Chisholm and Moore may engage data processors to assist in managing your information, you can control and restrict the access to your information via an on-line control panel (once registered you will receive a confirmation email with a link to this control panel).
Chisholm and Moore and its partners may use your information within the limits of confidentiality placed upon them by you and the data protection legislation applicable at the time.
Chisholm and Moore has the right to remove your information from the company database and accept or reject at its sole discretion any candidate registering with it.
Chisholm and Moore and it's partners may contact you by e-mail, phone, facsimile or mail from time to time in relation to our services, work opportunities, industry updates, services which we consider may be of interest to you and to conduct research and compile reports. You have complete freedom to log in and amend any of your details at any time, including whether or not you want us to contact you in the future with such communications. If you wish to change your preferences with regards to receiving emails please log in and amend the tick-boxes on the website.
By Registering with Chisholm and Moore each candidate hereby agrees to the following statement: I understand and consent that in order to promote my career prospects, Chisholm and Moore may forward my details to clients at their sole discretion.
If I receive an offer of employment from a C&M client or its affiliate as a result of a Chisholm and Moore introduction or before, during or after temporary employment there through C&M, I will notify C&M immediately. I understand that the client company is responsible for any applicable fees.
If employed by Chisholm and Moore on a temporary assignment, I will never render an opinion or sign a financial statement or tax return on behalf of Chisholm and Moore.
I agree not to publish, disclose or utilise any confidential information concerning Chisholm and Moore or their clients.
I acknowledge that Chisholm and Moore has advised me that in addition to this application a standard reference check may be performed. I hereby authorise you performing such a reference check.
I understand that the company's receipt of my application does not imply not guarantee that I will be offered employment, places for employment or employed for any period of time.
I understand and give my agreement that Chisholm and Moore Executive Recruitment will store my personal details on their computer and will process data as explained in the Data Protection Statement (above).
I understand that Chisholm and Moore will protect my online personal data via a password facility. I understand that it my responsibility to safeguard my own password and will not hold Chisholm and Moore responsible if I allow this password to fall into other people's hands thus having a detrimental effect on myself.
